Purpose and Scope
With recognition of the Rector's legal responsibility for worship within the Parish, to be responsible to the PCC for :-
- Development of worship and related items, within a framework of services and times agreed by the PCC.
- Development of the range of services and other activities for outreach to those on the edge of the Church and beyond, especially young people and families.
- Other matters, as referred to it by the PCC.
