Purpose and Scope

The Sub-committee will be responsible to the PCC for :-

The general maintenance and upkeep of the church building, churchyard, Parish Rooms and associated grounds, including negotiations with outside bodies.
The letting and clearing of the church and the Parish Rooms.
At the request of the PCC, matters of a development nature regarding the church, associated properties and grounds.
Other matters, as referred to it by the PCC.
